The service provided there was fantastic. The room we had included a dining area, a seating area, and ironing facilities. The hotel's location was lovely, short walk to a day walking around Liverpool, restaurants, and the centre.

The staff team was outstandingly accommodating at any time. Particularly good location close enough to the centre of a bustling city on a very popular street and the bars shut outside, restaurants and bars were short walk from the hotel.

That was cool hotel set in busy area, so close to Liverpool for hours, Close to the train train station and the food area. The rooms were all tidy and new-fashioned with a sofa.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the hotspots. We really enjoyed the convenience of the electric keypads on the doors which made it easy to come and go without worrying about keys.

There were some damages like broken blinds and damaged bathroom doors that needed to be fixed.

Convenient location. Clean and well-maintained. Nice decor. Comfortable bed. Good facilities.

I recently stayed at Citystop Apartments and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. Despite being on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The key code entry system was convenient and added an extra level of security. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bathroom amenities, including towels, shower gel, and hand wash, were a nice touch.

Totally recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time staying at Citystop Apartments - Newington Street. The modern apartment was centrally located and had average facilities. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The management was very helpful and promptly addressed any issues we had. The apartment was clean and had a nice new feel to it. we had a great stay and would recommend this place.

We did experience some noise at night from the nearby street, but it was more manageable in the rooms facing away. Additionally, there were a couple of missing items in the apartment, but the management quickly provided them for us.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was impeccably clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the option to book parking nearby. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and iron. it was a great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again.
